I don't know if I mentioned it, but I have been looking for an affordable crock with the design of the one you repaired for literally years! That's why I was so dismayed when it arrived damaged. I'd finally found it, but it looked like I would have to return it. But the repair job you did is so amazing! I can be happy with this crock for many years to come. Thank you very much for such and excellent job and for saving my crock for me!
Ms. Hutchinson, SDI sent you a china elephant that has been in my family since I was a child and was finally given to me by my mother to be the “keeper of” and sadly soon after was accidentally knocked down and broken into many pieces. I was devastated. It sat in a drawer for years before I found your company….. I never told my mother that it broke, and now I never have to! I received my china elephant back today and I’m amazed at the outstanding restoration you did! You can’t tell it was ever broken! I can’t even remember where it was broken! It looks absolutely gorgeous. You did a super, A Rated job and I will gladly and confidently refer your services.

Mrs. Lenz, WYI received my Roseville Vase today and was very apprehensive about opening it. The pictures of objects repaired by you were unbelievable, just couldn't visualize mine back in perfect condition. I broke it several years ago, and was heart sick when the accident happened. The years of seeing it broken were longer then seeing the vase un-damaged. It looks absolutely GREAT, I'm Very Pleased, it is now in the glass curio, safe and sound. Thank You!!!
Mrs. Nordheim, OHI realize that I did not find the moment to write and tell you what wonderful work you did to put my Czechoslovakian Lady Figurine back together. As you are aware, sometimes the value in dollars, is not the prime reason for wanting to restore a valued memory. I am now over 80 and this figurine was in my very first memories. I don’t know when or where my mother acquired it, but it was always a cherished part of our lives. So thank you for bringing my Lady back to life!

Mrs. LaBoone, SCI just want you to know I received the cowboy hat coffee mug today. The repair is FABULOUS!! I can't believe it. I had to look at the photos of the broken piece today to see which side of the hat I should inspect. I absolutely cannot tell where the repair has been made! In fact, it occurs to me now, my husband will probably think I bought him a new mug. Not that I could have ever found the same one. I will probably have to show him the invoice and the photos I took of the broken piece to prove I had it fixed.
