I received my Roseville Vase today and was very apprehensive about opening it. The pictures of objects repaired by you were unbelievable, just couldn't visualize mine back in perfect condition. I broke it several years ago, and was heart sick when the accident happened. The years of seeing it broken were longer then seeing the vase un-damaged. I sent them a Vintage glass longtailed bird perfume stopper whos delicate tail was broken into many pieces. I did not think that it could be repaired, let alone done so that it still looked elegant. I entrusted the piece to Mr. Keller who promised to repair it the best possible way he could. Mr. Keller repaired the fragile thin tail better than I ever expected. That bird stopper belongs to a set of perfume bottles that belonged to my grandmother. (My Mothers Mother) They were kept on her bedroom dresser along with a comb and brush set. On My Mothers wedding day, February 5, 1949, the photographer took a picture of my mother in front of that dresser, showing all that was on it, which including the bird perfume bottles. We are fortunate enough still to have the bedroom furniture and now, intact, the vintage perfume bottles, which mean so much to me. Both my grandparents and my parents have past on. My daughter is getting married next year and I was hoping to be able to take that same photo of her in front of my grandmothers dresser with the birds and their long tails showing. Thanks to you, Mr. Keller, I will.

Before ten o'clock yesterday morning my eagle box was delivered and placed at the first door steps where it was very easy for me to manually pick it up and place it in the foyer. I doubt that you could ever imagine my excitement, but I could hardly wait to open the box. Of course, what I found out was that there was also another box inside just packed with insulation materials. I immediately recognized the bubble fluff, but when I saw what appeared to me to be rice krispies I was surprised to say the least. Why there seemed to be two and three boxes of them covering and protecting my precious eagle. I scooped out some of them in search of my eagle, of course, and just as I saw the top of my eagle I reached down and pulled it out. As I told you I was thrilled and excited, but being able to hold it in my hand as a brand new sculpture was such a feeling of complete joy and happiness. Mr. Keller I think that you are a genius, and I thank you with all of my heart for your incredible ability to take a cherished broken piece and restore it to its original beauty. It is truly a remarkable gift for you.

The cookie jar I sent had an eraser size chip right in the front and although it's a great jar- the defect drove me nuts. I received the repaired jar today and am very impressed! I just got around to unpacking the repaired items recently received from you and was amazed! The Egyptian boat looks as good as new, how you patched in all the missing chips and matched the colors is beyond me. The lid for the teapot doesn't look as if it was ever damaged. Neither of these items have any monetary value but my husband haggled for the boat on a long planned and dreamed of trip to the pyramids. We somehow got it home in one piece only to have it fall victim to the cleaning people. Thank you for restoring these sentimental treasures for us.
